4. All faults should be eliminated before starting the machine, and only after short-term idling can the test be carried out.
5. When the equipment is in operation, the operator should stand in a safe position. It is strictly forbidden to pick up the workpiece at the concave and convex die, and only view the product at the lower end.
6. When replacing the product, you must carefully adjust the mold and punch, and carefully check whether the parts are normal.
7. In the production process, if a failure occurs, it must be stopped immediately to find out the cause and eliminate hidden dangers. When the brake fails, it is strictly forbidden to drive.
8. The insurance plate (bumper) must be added with protective devices to avoid accidents due to rupture. All protective devices shall not be disassembled or lost.
